§ 10-40. Continuance of provisions.

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 291, Laws of New Jersey 1975, Section 71, the substantive provisions of the existing Land Subdivision Ordinance and Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Upper Saddle River and the development regulations set forth therein shall continue in full force and effect until the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Upper Saddle River exercises the authority delegated by said ordinances to regulate development.
