§ 114-1. Operation in public places.

No person shall operate or propel the type of vehicle commonly known as a "snowmobile" in or upon any public street or place in the Borough or on any land subject to a public easement. Operation on a grass plot between the curb or street line and the property line is specifically prohibited.
