§ 126-58. Location of facilities.

The recycling area shall be conveniently located for the residential disposition of source-separated recyclable materials, preferably near but clearly separated from a refuse dumpster. The recycling area shall not be located within the front yard of any property nor within any area where any other provision of the Zoning Ordinance would prohibit the siting of off-street parking or loading.
