§ 126-62. Landscaping; fencing.

Landscaping and/or fencing shall be provided around any outdoor recycling area and shall be developed in an aesthetically pleasing manner that screens the area from the view of adjoining properties or streets. Where it is demonstrated to the satisfaction of the approving authority that landscaping is not practical to accomplish the stated purpose, appropriate fencing may be utilized in lieu thereof.
