§ 196-5. Maintenance of records.

    The licensee shall at all times keep and maintain complete records in the form to be prescribed by the Board, including the name, age, color, religion, place of residence and such other information concerning the care, maintenance, treatment and progress of all in- and outpatients, together will full and complete records of any and every kind concerning births, deaths, disease or illness as are now or hereafter may be required by any regulation, law, statute or ordinance.
    B. 
    All records required to be kept under this chapter shall be open to inspection, check and audit by the Board or any of its duly authorized representatives.
